How is Christmas over already? It always goes far too quickly, but I hope everyone had an amazing time with family and friends. I thought I'd just pop up some pictures of my Christmas, which included lots of Yankee Candles (courtesy of my Yankee Candle advent calendar), Christmas books, baking and of course, lots of eating. I was also went a bit over the top on my bedroom this year which is filled with candles, tinsels and my pink Christmas tree...very festive, I'm dreading taking it all down in January! Plus I got in some Christmas books, some of my favourites are above. How was everyone else's Christmas? :-)

I can't believe how close we are to Christmas! I'm finally off on my Christmas break, so I have lots of festive posts to get in before the 25th and I'm sorry I haven't been positing as regularly as I would have liked to. Browsing the pretty Christmas dresses is one of my favourite things, I think Christmas is the only time of year when it's acceptable to wear silly amounts of glitter and get away with it. So I've concluded my endless browsing with three of my dream Petite Christmas outfits - because you've got to have pretty shoes to match. Obviously they are all completely out of my price range, but maybe one day! What do you think of the numbers above? Or have you been lucky enough to get your hands on any of them yourself?

So with it being Christmas etc, I'm on a slight spending ban, in terms of not buying ANYTHING unnecessary for myself and focusing only on the gifts I'm going to buy for friends and family. Obviously that's not difficult at all with all the glittery dresses and sparkly shoes in the shops...but anyway. So whilst I'm on said ban, or budget, I'm doing a spot of recycling with last years clothes! This H&M coat has always been a favourite and they've actually got a really gorgeous similar one here (which to my fury has sold out online and in store in my size, not that I would have bought it though on my spending ban, but still). And I've got a thing about pale colours at the moment so it was nice to match it with this pretty lacey Topshop jumper and pale River Island flats, which I've only worn once...I think I forgot I'd bought them. Oops. Plus the amazing Accessorize bag which features in nearly all my posts...just biding my time til I can afford a Mulberry or Givenchy bag, naturally :-)

So, it's nearly Christmas, I'm feeling rather festive, and I thought it was time for me to run a little giveaway on my blog! This is really to say a massive thank you to everyone who has ever commented, read or paid a little visit to my blog over the last year and a half. I read every single comment and it's appreciated so much. I only started this as a little hobby, a small spot on the internet to share my thoughts, but somehow it's opened so many other doors for me in terms of working with fantastic brands, learning new skills, and most importantly, speaking to lots of new lovely people!! This is not a sponsored post or associated with the Bodyshop in ANY way, I actually bought these products from the lovely Vitamin E range for myself a while ago and LOVED them, and so thought they would be the perfect items to offer you guys. So I went back and bought them all again for the winner! So if you fancy winning some gorgeous products from the Bodyshop, including the incredible Vitamin E serum, enter below! You'll win: The Vitamin E Serum-in-Oil, The Vitamin E Moisture Cream, The Wild Rose Hand Cream and The Vitamin E Cream Exfoliator.a Rafflecopter giveaway
Surely not another coat? I think I might need professional help for a coat addiction. Anyway, this is the last one I'll buy this year...and isn't it pretty?! Such a festive kind of coat, white fur trim and all that! I absolutely love it and actually nabbed it in the sale, which was amazing! I also grabbed these leggings in the sales too, a bit louder than I'd normally go for, but I love the print. You can't beat a good black and white outfit sometimes so this is a new favourite of mine I think :-) Plus it's so cold outside...so you need something with faux fur to keep you warm!

Anyone who reads my blog with any kind of regularity will know that I have an absolutely terrible obsession with coats! I really don't know why they obsess me more than anything else...but I'm forever on the hunt for the dream coat. And I think I may have finally found it. I honestly felt like the luckiest Petite lady ever when I was sent this beautiful Ivory Collar Coat from Minuet Petite. How gorgeous is it??!! I have always, always wanted a white ivory coat but as ever, I could never find one that fit my Petite frame...so here we have another incredible Petite brand saving the day. Minuet Petite, part of the Jacques Vert Group, stock a stunning and sophisticated range of Petite items and this is where this gorgeous ivory number is from. I absolutely love it, it's the perfect fit, style and colour and I honestly don't want to take it off. It's so warm and wintery, definitely helping me to get into the festive spirit and I honestly think I've found the dream coat. Now I just need to keep it pristine!

If you've got tiny wrists, you'll know what a problem it is to find pretty bracelets and watches that fit properly! Nearly everything I try on is always too big for me because my wrists are so tiny and I've lost count of the number of bracelets I've lost because they've fallen off whilst out. So when I came across Dainty Wrist Jewelry I was beyond excited because Dainty Wrist offer an incredible range of bracelets and watches especially tailored for those of us who have teeny wrists. I was lucky enough to be sent two gorgeous samples to try and it was so nice to put both items on and have them fit instantly. I love the White Leather Wrap Watch which has a really pretty and unique strap design - I'll be posting some outfits with the watch on so you can see what it looks like on too - but it fits perfectly and I love the style. The Gold Glitz bracelet is also ideal, sparkly and pretty (great for evening or special occasions) and it sits perfectly on my wrist. Dainty Wrist have an incredible range of really great quality products, so if like me you struggle to find bracelets and watches to fit, definitely check out the Dainty Wrist site!

What do you think of my Christmas picks? There are so many pretty, festive items everywhere at the moment but I definitely think some (ok maybe all) of these are pretty necessary for a cosy Christmas. Obviously a Christmas jumper is a must and I fell in love with this adorable Reindeer jumper from Warehouse, very festive and pink (all my favourite things in one.) Also, I don't know where to start with Yankee Candles at the moment, I'm absolutely obsessed with all the Winter scents...my room is becoming a bit of a Yankee Candle store. I have a little pink Christmas tree in my bedroom every year too, so I thought it might be time for a new decoration or two and Zara Home have some really lovely baubles and tree decorations. Plus perhaps a new Christmassy clutch bag is necessary for evenings and Miss Selfridge have some gorgeous accessories in which are perfect for parties! Definitely wish it could be Christmas everyday...
